Our Production Process

          With our experience of more than 10 years, we are capable of processing many kinds of scraps plastic into recycled plastic granules, which plastic manufacturer can use in the propose of reducing production cost.

1. Collecting raw materials such as plastic scrap, plastic bags, etc.

2. Classify the scrap into categories.

3. Regrind the scrap into smal pieces.

4. Process of plastic granulating.

5. Quality checking.

6. Packing into 25kg per bag, we also customize packing according to customer's requirement such as jumbo bag.

7. Stored indoors to prevernt humidity and sunlight.
